Corned Beef

Delicious ,melt in your mouth tender and juicy. But the texture was that of regular beef brisket. Meat was brown in color and not the reddish tint and somewhat stringy consistency usually found in traditional corned beef. The brining spices was the best blend I have ever tasted. I will purchase it again next March.
